Our fire safety consultant carries out an assessment using a British Standards document known as PAS79. This ensures that all relevant information is contained in this document and will ensure that the inspection carried out by a fire officer from the local brigade is fully meet.
As part of the Fire risk assessment we provide a paper copy of the report as well as an electronic copy which can be saved to your own computer or saved to a server.
During the assessment we also take photos which will aid to understanding any issues found, particularly those not familiar with the site. Reference to the photos will be identified in the report which will make it clearer what needs to done.
If you have already completed a Fire Risk assessment or had one carried out some time ago then we can carry out an audit. This will ensure that you have carried out a comprehensive assessment that complies under the Fire Safety Order. It will also give you peace of mind that you have carried a suitable and sufficient assessment.
If you are unclear what implication The Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order (RRFSO) may mean to you or your business then we can carry out a site visit looking at you premises and discuss with you what you need to do to meet the RRFSO and answer any questions you have and to point you in the direction of guidance documents that are available. You will receive a report covering points discussed and advice on what steps you need to carry out next.
